i’ve been exercising for atleast 45 minutes each night on the elliptical, and eating healthier foods and proper portion sizes.  considering i started out at 150 lbs. only 14 days ago, i’m really proud of my progress.  i did cheat a bit over the weekend, pizza and pop @ chuck e. cheese’s with my little monkey but worked out a little longer that night.  i don’t really feel like i’ve lost weight, but i know if i stick with it, and start incorporating more crunches and abdominal workouts i’ll see more results.

goals for week 3 are to drink more water, stop snacking so much between meals, and add 50 - 100 crunches a day to my workout routine.
